Physical Products

 

We accept returns on physical items within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

 

To start a return, please contact us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Digital products (eBooks, digital art, downloads)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Sale or clearance items

 

Refunds

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

 

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll replace or refund the item at no extra cost to you.

Items that are purchased through or received from a third party will align with that company's policy. We will support communication with that company. We do not do refunds or returns for items purchased through or shipped from a third party.
